Reschedule and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how deposits, consultation fees, rescheduling, cancellations, and shop returns work for bookings and orders made through podiatrist.ng. Your treatment is delivered by Flawless Esthetics Clinic.

Deposits

A deposit secures your appointment and goes toward your treatment fee. It is non refundable, except where the clinic is unable to provide the agreed treatment, in which case the deposit is refunded in full. For advanced foot care treatments, a deposit of N50,000 currently applies and is deducted from the total treatment fee. The deposit is not the full cost of the treatment.

Consultation fee

The consultation fee is non refundable under any circumstances, as it covers the cost of the professional assessment. It is separate from the treatment cost.

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Your deposit is forfeited if you are more than 20 minutes late, if you miss your appointment, or if you do not reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If your booking is made less than 48 hours ahead and you then miss it, the deposit is also forfeited.

Upgrades or changes

If your service is upgraded or reviewed, you pay the difference in the treatment cost at the clinic.

Shop returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, foot care products cannot be returned once opened or used. Unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it or refund it once we have confirmed the issue.
