These terms govern your use of podiatrist.ng. The platform is operated by Flawless Esthetics Clinic, a HEFAMAA approved facility, which delivers the treatments. By using the website, booking a consultation, or buying from our shop, you agree to these terms.

About the service

podiatrist.ng is where you book and consult. It connects you to professional podiatrists at Flawless Esthetics Clinic for online and in person care, and it sells foot care products through our shop.

Appointment booking and payment

A deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from your total treatment fee. For advanced foot care treatments, a deposit of N50,000 currently applies. The consultation fee is separate and is not included in the treatment cost. For other services, full payment may be required at the time of booking. Any balance, upgrade, or review is paid at the clinic. Payment confirms your booking, and failure to pay within the required time may lead to cancellation.

New clients

All new clients must begin with a consultation. The consultation fee is separate from the treatment cost and is non refundable.

Online consultations

Online consultations are suitable for assessment and advice. Some conditions need hands on treatment, which will be arranged at one of our Lagos clinics.

Our shop

We aim to describe and price products accurately. Orders are subject to availability, and delivery times are estimates. Returns are covered by our Reschedule and Cancellation Policy.
